FREE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING

We use DHL Express Shipping for all orders made in our online store, all free of charge.

Lumu Light Meters are dispatched directly from our warehouse from Ljubljana, Slovenia in the European Union. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery is usually within 3 working days.

Orders placed before 3 PM CET on a business day will be shipped out the same day.

If you can't find your country when checking out, please contact us and we will gladly help. 

Please note:

• We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
• Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authorities. The purchaser is responsible for any additional costs.

ZERO QUESTIONS RETURN POLICY

At Lumu, our goal is simple; we want you to have the same confidence in your product as we do.

You may return products purchased online for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since the time of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange except in the case of a defective product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you wish to return your Lumu products, it is free and easy to do. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for FREE returns.
